Please call if you have any questions about this. -We close the play areas 10 minutes before the party time ends. -Staff is responsible for cleaning party areas, we just ask that you gather your personal belongings when the birthday party is over. A team member will contact you to confirm your party. Please note that your deposit is required to reserve your date/time. Remainder payment isn't due until the day of your party.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice, in the event of a cancellation.
