FAQ:
Q: What timeframes can I choose from for my party?
A: Monday-Friday availability 5:30PM and on. Saturday and Sundays choose from 12:00PM or 4:30PM only.
Q: If I have to cancel my party, what happens to my deposit?
A: The deposit is non-refundable under all and any circumstances. You can reschedule a birthday party 21 days or more from scheduled party date and transfer deposit to new date of choice. If you choose to cancel birthday party after, your deposit it forfeit and lost. If you cancel or schedule the birthday party before 21 days you can keep your deposit as store credit.
Q: How many tables and chairs are there and what are their sizes?
A: We have 10 rectangular tables with 6 chairs on each table for adults. We have 3 rectangular tables with 20 chairs for children. We have an additional 3 rectangular tables free to use as you please. Adult rectangular tables are 8-feet long. Children rectangular tables are 4 -feet long.
Q: Do you cook/prep our food?
A: No, we do not provide any food. Any food brought into the facility must be already cooked and prepped.
Q: Do you have an oven in the kitchen area?
A: No, we recommend the use of your own crock pots to keep your food warm.
Q: Do my guests have to wear socks in the party area?
A: Guests are only required to wear socks in the play areas, if they stay seated in the party area they can keep their shoes on!
POLICIES:
-No food, drinks, or candy in the play zones.
-Grip socks are REQUIRED for all children.
-No one should be barefoot in the facility.
-Toys must remain in their designated areas.
-Adults in the play areas must wear socks.
-No confetti or glitter is allowed.
-No ice cream carts allowed
-No cotton candy carts allowed.
-Pinatas must be filled with candy only.
-Play areas are closed 10 minutes before your party ends.
-Adult supervision is REQUIRED for their children playing.
FEES IF APPLICABLE:
Balloon arch and materials left behind - $50
Staying past scheduled party time - $80
Arriving before scheduled set up time - $35
Pinata has confetti/glitter - $25
Additional second pinata - $20
Ice cream or cotton candy carts brought in - $75
Request to move tables/6chairs - $5 per table set
Extra grip socks needed - $3 per pair
