Cancellation Policy

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Birthday parties can be rescheduled or cancelled if you inform us 21+ days in advance. In the event that you wish to cancel your party with less than 21 days notice of your scheduled event, you will forfeit your deposit. If you wish to reschedule your event and advise us before 21 days of your event, you are able to reschedule your event without penalty. In the event that you want to cancel your party 21+ days in advance, your deposit will be kept as in-store credit.
